Component Guide & Setup Instructions

Skate / Boot
​

Fit: Place the boot on your pup so their paw rests toward the plastic side of the skate.
​

Maintenance: The wheels are easy to swap out. If they ever need to be replaced go to skate store and order at no cost except for shipping. To change them, simply pull the old wheels off the axle and press the new ones on.

Optional Anti-Knuckling Components

Note: These additional parts are only needed if your pup is currently knuckling.

Black Cotton Hock Band: Wrap this band securely around the hock. Slide the Velcro end through the buckle, pull tight, and fasten it back down onto the matching Velcro surface.

Elastic Drawstring & Clamp: This string is intentionally left long to accommodate all dog sizes, so you will want to trim it to fit your pup.​​

Velcro Strap: Use this strap to wrap around the boot for extra reinforcement. This adds stability, helps support the drawstring, and keeps the bootie firmly in place.

💡 Important Tips & Replacements

Adjusting the Support: If you want to disable the anti-knuckling feature, simply unhook the elastic strings from around the wheels. The skates work perfectly fine without them! This feature is purely extra assistance if your pup is knuckling a lot. Save the strings in a safe place in case you need them later.

Spare Parts: If you ever need replacement elastic strings, a new set of wheels, or have any issues with these parts at all, please go to skate shop. We will send at no cost you just cover the shipping.​​​
